How long do we have?

Weekend package3 day package for decorating, rehearsal/dinner, ceremony/reception

  • Thursday 8:30am-8pm
  • Friday 8:30am-10pm
  • Saturday 6:30am-Guests out by 12 midnight

Sunday package –  Optional rehearsal/dinner – your choice of prior

  • Monday or Tuesday – 12 noon-10pm
  • Sunday – Arrival as early as 6:30am for hair, makeup, rehearsal, brunch etc.
  • Sunday – 10am-Guests out by 12 midnight.
  • Decorators may begin at 10am. Setup, including tablecloths, will be ready for decorators.

Monday/Tuesday package –  2 day package for decorating, rehearsal/dinner, ceremony/reception

  • Monday – 12noon-10pm
  • Tuesday 6:30am-Guests out by 12 midnight.

Sunday Micro package – Sunday only

  • 12 noon – Guests out by midnight

Monday or Tuesday package- One day only

  • 12 noon – Guests out by midnight

Our expansive venue offers multiple levels of event spaces, providing endless possibilities for setup and decoration. Whether you envision a grand ballroom or an intimate outdoor gathering, we have the versatility to bring your vision to life. Do you offer any discounts?

Discounts are offered through our Sunday packages and Monday/Tuesday packages.

What are your accommodations for the handicapped and elderly?

Molto Bella has a friendly environment for the handicapped and elderly. All activities are on the ground level. Ramps are provided on the pavilions for those that are unable to climb one or two steps. We provide plenty of seating areas. Easy access to restrooms. We have a drive-through drop off and pick up that can be used for elderly or handicapped guests that are unable to walk from the parking lot.

 

Is there ample parking?

Yes, there is ample free parking. There is a short walk from the parking area to the wedding area. We also have a drive-through drop off and pick up for special circumstances.

Are there nearby hotels?

We are located 15 minutes east of Ruston, LA and 15 minutes west of West Monroe, LA with easy access to interstate I-20. There are many hotels to choose from.
